Mag 7.6 quake hits Papua Indonesia

Officials and witnesses say a series of powerful earthquakes have killed at least two people in remote eastern Indonesia.

A 7.6-magnitude quake struck at 4:43 a.m. local time (1943 GMT) about 85 miles (135 kilometers) from Manokwari, Papua, at a depth of 22 miles (35 kilometers), the U.S. Geological Agency said. It was followed by a strong 7.5 aftershock. – ap

… a massive 7.8 magnitude earthquake has struck the North coast of Paua, Indonesia.  A local Tsunami warning issued.
